Native Heal is a South African platform for finding and booking consultations with traditional healers. You can browse healer profiles, see their services, specialities, languages and fees, and book online or in-person sessions.
Search the healer directory by speciality, location, language or service type, open a healer's profile to see their services and fees, then choose a date and time and pay the booking fee to confirm.
Practitioners submit identity documents and practice information for review before their profile is listed. This is an account and listing review; it is not a guarantee of qualifications or of treatment outcomes.
Yes. Healers can offer online sessions, in-person sessions at their practice, or both. Online sessions run through a video link created for the appointment.
You pay the healer's consultation fee plus a platform booking fee. For online sessions the whole amount is collected at booking; for in-person sessions only the booking fee is collected and the consultation fee is paid to the healer at the session.
If the healer cancels or declines, you are entitled to a full refund of the payment made at booking. Declined bookings are credited to your Native Heal wallet.
